We had a very busy and productive month in September full of insightful interactions and impactful connections as we attended the annual America’s SBDC conference as vendors and Smartsheet’s annual Engage conference as Smartsheet Aligned Solution Partners.
America’s SBDC Conference:
We secured a spot as a vendor at the sold-out annual America's SBDC conference in Nashville this year!
What is the SBDC? It stands for Small Business Development Center and is an arm of the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBDC plays a crucial role in supporting small business growth (new and existing) through their 1,000+ locations in the US. Per SBDC's website, they provide counseling and training to small businesses including working with SBA to develop and provide informational tools to support business start-ups and existing business expansion.
We attended this conference so we could introduce and socialize Smartsheet. Ultimately our goal is to bring Smartsheet to small businesses in America and be used as a common tool to help them succeed in their endeavors, whether that be the SBDC center themselves or their clients. Smartsheet is a game changer due to being a collaborative work management tool that can be used for all types of areas such as inventory management, finance & accounting, event planning, Sales & CRM, HR, project management and.... the list goes on!

Smartsheet Engage Conference:
Our journey continued as we embraced the role of Smartsheet Aligned Solution Partners at the Annual Smartsheet Engage Conference. This year's conference was sold out with nearly 4,000 people in attendance. We even conducted a raffle and gave away 10 hours of Smartsheet consulting to a renown automotive company! This is a fantastic opportunity to network with users, fellow partners and also learn about up-and-coming Smartsheet product innovations Several of the top innovations and key takeaways are as follows:
